Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Experience: Welcome patients, answer phones, and make everyone feel comfortable and at ease.
- Scheduling: Manage a complex, multi-provider schedule efficiently.
- Treatment Presentation: Present treatment plans, explain procedures, and discuss financial options with compassion.
- Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and collect patient payments.
- Administration: Maintain patient records, manage daily tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in a dental front-desk or treatment coordinator role.
- Software: Proficiency in dental software. Will train if not familiar with our software.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance verification.
