- Conduct routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance and extend lifespan.
- Provide exceptional service by guiding customers through repairs or system operations clearly and professionally.
- Lead small teams or coordinate with other technicians during complex projects or installations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Document all service activities thoroughly in reports and logs for future reference and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician specializing in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical equipment.
- Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with construction or maintenance background is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to guide team members or coordinate projects effectively.
