Summary

As a premier provider of advanced uniform, floor mat and first aid rental programs and solutions, Plymate is currently expanding our service territory and seeking experienced Regional/Territory Sales Professionals for openings in Greater Central Indiana. The role entails strategic prospecting, qualifying, developing, and securing a pipeline of new customers. Top performers will have the flexibility to work remotely and/or from our corporate office to develop prospect relationships and promote Plymate’s products and services across manufacturing, warehousing/distribution, healthcare, and commercial service industries. Compensation & Benefits

The total compensation ranges between $60,000.00/year and $120,000.00/year, comprising a base salary plus monthly earned commissions and quarterly/annual bonus opportunities. This range is an estimate of total compensation based on the applicant's skills and expertise.

 Role Requirements

The most critical component of success in this role is new sales revenue growth in a regional territory (There is no existing account management aspect to this role).

Candidates should possess:

  • Two or more years of proven territory new business development experience, preferably in B2B, or contract-based sales environments.
  • Skills in prospecting, qualifying, and developing a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • The ability to network effectively in territory to help identify new relationships and strategies.
  • Effective influencing abilities with key decision makers using introductory calls, emails, and targeted marketing efforts to secure in-person appointments.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social networking platforms and other digital resources (LinkedIn) to build a network of prospects and customers.
  • The ability to be a self-starter, holding oneself-accountable with minimal oversight to generating the prospecting activity necessary to achieve quarterly sales goals.
