We’re looking for a killer Sales Development Representative who knows how to pick up the phone, handle rejection, and book qualified appointments. This is not a hand-holding role. If you can’t cold call or need motivation, skip this.


Who We Are

We’re a fast-growing marketing and consulting company that helps local service businesses scale using social media, paid ads, and proven sales systems. Our clients are contractors, home service owners, and operators doing real revenue who want predictable growth.


We sell high-ticket programs ranging from $8,000–$12,000 and we already have demand. What we need is someone who can start conversations, qualify fast, and put solid opportunities on the calendar.


This is a performance environment. Results matter more than resumes.


What You’ll Do

  • Cold call business owners daily
  • Qualify prospects and book sales calls on their calendar
  • Set 3–5 qualified appointments per day
  • Follow a proven script and process
  • Log activity and outcomes consistently


Compensation

  • 100% commission
  • 5% per closed deal
  • Deals range from $8,000–$12,000
  • Typical commission per close: $400–$600
  • No cap on earnings
  • Ability to graduate appointment setting and become a top closer.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven cold calling experience
  • Ability to source your own leads and get scrappy.
  • Comfortable hearing “no” all day
  • Strong communication and objection handling skills
  • Disciplined, self-managed, and reliable
  • Hungry to earn, not clock hours


Requirements

  • Ability to make high-volume outbound calls
  • Hit 3–5 qualified booked calls per day
  • Professional phone presence
  • Stable internet and calling setup
  • Nice to have: Content Creation / Paid Ads Experience
