High Ticket Remote Closer (SDR)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CLOSERS FOR A REMOTE HIGH TICKET CLOSER FOR A $10K OFFER FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES (IG: tyler.smerz)

We’re looking for an experienced high-ticket closer to take over sales for a $10K done-with-you program that helps local service businesses get more clients using Instagram ads a simple CRM system.

If you’ve closed $5K-$20K offers over Zoom and you’re sick of weak offers, bad leads, and no support, keep reading.

Pluto Labs helps local service businesses (contractors, trades, medspas, clinics, etc.):

• Become the best-known in their town on Instagram
• Install a simple lead system (ads CRM follow-up)
• Turn attention into booked jobs reliably

Ticket is $10,000 offer and a $3,000 offer. Leads come from warm IG, DM, and call funnels from our Instagram @tyler.smerz

Your job is simple:

• Run 1-2 call Zoom closes with pre-booked, pre-qualified leads
• Follow a proven script & framework (we’ll give you ours)
• Handle real objections at $10K price point
• Help serious owners make a clean “yes or no” decision on the call
• Keep the CRM updated and follow up with your pipeline
• Do warm prospecting in free time to past leads to get them back on the calendar.
  

• Take 1–3 qualified sales calls per day (to start)
• Maintain clean notes and next steps in the CRM
• Work old pipeline (no-shows, “think about it,” etc.) to bring deals back to the table
• Hit and report on core KPIs:
• Show rate
• Close rate
• Cash collected per call

You’ll work directly with the founder and have a lot of say in improving the script, process, and offer once you’re in the trenches.

Must-have:

• Proven experience closing $5K–$20K offers over Zoom/phone
• Comfortable asking for $10K and holding the line on value
• Track record of 30% close rates on qualified calls
• Strong objection handling
• US BASED
• Reliable internet and quiet environment for calls
• Self-managed: you don’t need hand-holding to show up and do the work

Nice-to-have:

• Experience selling to local business owners (contractors, home services, medspa, etc.)
• Familiarity with Instagram/Meta ads or online marketing offers
  

Compensation:

• 10% commission on cash collected
• No cap. You eat what you kill.
• Realistic OTE once ramped: $8K–$20K /mo, depending on your volume and performance.
