Behavior Technician (BT)
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
Location: Northwest Arkansas

Pluto Care is a family-centered ABA provider serving children with autism and their families in Northwest Arkansas. We provide services in home, school, and community settings, with a focus on compassionate care, meaningful progress, and strong family support.
We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) who are passionate about working with children and interested in growing in the field of ABA. No RBT certification yet? That’s okay. We provide training, supervision, and support for team members working toward RBT certification.
Once certified as an RBT, team members may become eligible for a higher pay rate based on certification, performance, and role expectations.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Professional, responsible, and team-oriented
- Interested in growing in the ABA field
Responsibilities
- Work directly with children in home, school, and community settings
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Support communication, behavior, play, social, and daily living goals
- Collect data and complete session notes accurately and on time
- Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors
- Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Experience with autism is a plus
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass required background checks
- RBT certification is not required to apply
