- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during towing operations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for towing services, particularly during night and weekend shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate timely service delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as necessary, ensuring secure transport.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
