We are seeking an experienced Lawn Care Foreman to lead a crew and oversee daily field operations. This is a "player-coach" role—you will be on the ground with your team, ensuring that our 30-week and 36-week mowing routes are completed to perfection, while also maintaining high standards for our irrigation and fertilization clients.

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a 2–3 person crew, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality results on every property.
• Execute Quality Care: Oversee professional mowing, string trimming, and edging, while identifying and reporting turf issues (weeds, pests, or irrigation needs).
• Communication: Act as the face of the company on-site, answering client questions with a professional and adaptable attitude.
• Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment (trucks, mowers, blowers) is maintained, cleaned, and organized daily.
• Problem Solve: Use your experience to navigate weather delays or site challenges while keeping the schedule on track.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in professional lawn maintenance or landscaping, with at least 1 year in a leadership/foreman role.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial zero-turn mowers and general turf health (knowledge of Nebraska weeds/grasses is a plus).
• Reliability: You are dependable. You show up on time, every day, ready to lead.
• Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in Nebraska weather conditions and lift 50 lbs consistently.
