As Practice Manager, you’ll lead the Birmingham clinic day-to-day—owning operations, guest experience, team performance, and location-level results. You’re an organized operator and people-first leader who coaches to process, metrics, and standards.

What You’ll Do
Operations & Experience
- Lead daily clinic operations to Plush standards.
- Facilitate daily huddles; align the team on goals, promos, and priorities.
People Leadership
- Hire, onboard, and develop FOH, RN & sales teams; set clear expectations and coach to performance.
- Build a positive, accountable culture aligned to Plush Core Values (elevated guest experience, collaboration, growth, celebration).
- Hold the team to SOPs, service standards, safety and compliance.
Sales Support (Backup/Coverage)
- Provide supportive sales coverage for consultations or promo days when needed (not the primary seller).
- Coach FOH/RN team on assisted sales: product recommendations, service add-ons, and promotion education.
- Track key metrics daily and celebrate team wins.
P&L & Performance
- Support location P&L: help drive revenue initiatives, manage controllables, and protect margins.
- Maintain weekly KPIs/dashboards; act on insights to improve results.
Community, Events & Partnerships
- Support local pop-ups, bridal shows, and brand partnerships: set-up, guest engagement, lead capture, and follow-through with the team.
- Collaborate with marketing on in-clinic promotions and basic BTS content capture (quick phone photos/video).
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, on-site in Birmingham; weekends required; occasional evenings for events/promo days.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary * performance incentives (revenue share monthly bonus) * complimentary employee treatments/skincare perks.
