In this role, you’ll tackle a variety of administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll be the go-to support for our Client Services team, making sure every detail is handled with care and accuracy. Your day-to-day might include:
- Setting up new client initiations quickly and correctly (first impressions matter!).
- Tackling administrative tasks like data entry and document uploads that keep things moving.
- Preparing and double-checking relocation and assignment cost projections.
- Creating, reviewing, and updating reports for both clients and vendors.
- Performing quality assurance audits to keep relocating employee files in tip-top shape.
- Managing the Elo inbox — answering routine questions and solving the trickier ones, too.
- Spotting opportunities for process improvements and helping us enhance the customer experience.
- Showing up consistently and reliably, because your presence makes a difference.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
Compensation and Benefits Summary
This role offers a salary range of $21 – $25 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:
