SAP AMS Consultant (Post Production Support)
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 3 Months and Scope for Extension
1. Introduction
The Application Management Services (AMS) for our SAP S/4HANA environment required services should cover functional, technical, Integration and Basis support with clearly defined SLA expectations. The environment also includes multiple critical integrations that must be supported and monitored.
2. Scope of Services
The support scope includes the following:
•Functional Modules:
•FI (Financial Accounting)
•CO (Controlling)
•SD (Sales & Distribution)
•MM (Materials Management)
•PP (Production Planning)
•PM (Plant Maintenance)
•QM (Quality Management)
Technical Support:
•ABAP Development
•SAP Basis Administration
•Integration Support using SAP CPI middleware:
•ZATCA (E-Invoicing compliance)
•MenaiTech (HR/Payroll System)
•Salesforce (CRM)
•Mira (Cash Van Sales System)
•Oracle-based 3PL Warehouses
Services Required:
•Incident management and resolution (functional/technical/integration issues)
•Minor enhancements and bug fixes
•SAP servers monitoring through Solution Manager
•Basis monitoring and administration including Backup of complete SAP Landscape, system refresh
•Root cause analysis & preventive maintenance
•ITIL best practices like Change management, problem management etc.,
•Integration monitoring and error resolution (CPI & external systems)
•User support and training assistance
•Incident management portal to be provided for creating incident though portal as well through emails.
3. Contract Duration
•Initial Term: 3 months (trial period)
•Renewal Term: 3 months and/or 1 year, subject to performance review
•Monthly Allocation: 200 hours
