About the Role
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to support our Federal clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise and the ability to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions in compliance with Federal regulations and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura Components, Triggers, Flows, APIs, etc.).
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet Federal client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including administrators, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise and cloud applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Provide technical documentation and support for system enhancements and deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Objects, Workflows, Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have Salesforce Developer PD1 and other Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
- Prior experience working with Federal agencies or contractors.
