Job Title – Environmental Health and Safety Manager
Location – Twin Falls, Idaho ( Relocation Assistance Available )
Base Salary – $110,000

Job Details:
- HSE programs will be well implemented and meet the relevant standards and regulations in the Plant. That means you will ensure that facilities provided are well maintained, regulation/procedure are in place and implemented, hazards/aspects assessments are conducted, the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down.
- Work schedule: Monday- Friday
Qualifications:
- Experience in Environmental Health and Safety
- Must have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNREC
- Experience in safety, and/or environmental technical standards
- Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO
- Build proactive relationships with our leaders and managers, and partner to drive 100% engagement.
- Partner with the regional pillar to create a master plan for the HSE Pillar that delivers on phase objectives, ensuring visibility for the current and upcoming phases.
- Partner with standard owners to drive successful implementation of the blueprint model and oversee and gap closure of Mondelez priority standards.
Education / Certifications:
- Diploma or Degree qualifications in OHS/Claims & Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Rehabilitation or related discipline strongly preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
