We are currently seeking an Install Coordinator to help keep our installation department organized, efficient, and set up for success.
The Role
The Install Coordinator is the organizational backbone of our installation department. In this role, you will schedule installation jobs, prepare installers with accurate job details, and ensure every installation is positioned for a high-quality outcome. You are the “glue” that keeps communication flowing between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Schedule and coordinate installation jobs with customers, third parties and internal teams
· Maintain clear communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installers
· Prepare installers with accurate job details and paperwork
· Ensure all documentation is completed properly and on time
· Participate in ongoing training to continue growing professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities
- Attention to detail and comfort with administrative tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to support others’ success
- Positive, growth-focused attitude
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, scheduling, administrative, or operations role
- Knowledge of the service industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, or similar) is a strong plus
