Plumbline Services is currently seeking Permit Coordinators to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Permit Coordinators act as the liaison between the company, customer and municipalities to pull and expedite permits for home services installations and build outs.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Lead, manage and train permit technicians.
• Responsible for timely permit application and inspection follow up.
• Apply for and obtain proper permitting/inspections.
• Schedule and verify inspections.
• Coordinate with departments, excavation crews, inspectors and municipalities to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion and within code.
• Create traffic control plans.
• Maintain proper licensing with state/local municipalities.
• Process purchase orders/invoices.
• Order/maintain excavation parts/inventory.

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• Excellent communication skills a must.
• Highly organized and strong time management skills.
• 1 year pulling permits and managing personnel.
• 1 year processing purchase orders/invoices.
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ongoing until filled.

Salary : $18 - $20
