Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Diagnose, repair & maintain HVAC systems with precision and care.
- Communicate clearly with clients—educating, not overselling.
- Prioritize safety, quality, and code compliance at all times.
- Collaborate daily with dispatch, teammates, and leadership.
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
• Experience: 3–5 years in residential HVAC (not commercial).• Certifications: Universal EPA 608 required; NATE Certified is a big plus.• Character: Dependable, humble, solution-focused—someone who gets that the job is about people.• Growth Mindset: Willing to work your way up, open to learning every day,thrives on being part of a mission.
