Our Heavy Equipment Operators are Excavation Team Leads, operating Backhoe Machinery.
Plumbline Services is currently seeking Heavy Equipment Excavation Operators to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Heavy Equipment Operators perform excavation repairs on damaged drain and water systems, as well as install sewers, water lines and re-piping using CPVC and PEX all across the Denver metro and surrounding areas.
If you have backhoe experience and work well within a team environment, we are able to train you to become a leader in your field. Our Heavy Equipment Operators are leaders that perform backhoe duties as well as lead the crew during any internal / external jobs.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Replace and repair sewer and drain systems for residential service to include interior and exterior portions of home
- Ensure clean working area and haul away of debris
- Making sure all equipment is maintained
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers
Qualifications
Do I Have What it Takes?
- 1 plus years experience with operating a backhoe required
- 1 - 2 years experience in excavations for sewer, drain systems and water main replacements is a plus
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Ability to commute to and from job site in company provided vehicle
- Must have the ability to be part of a team
- Drug Free Workplace
- Work hard, smart and efficiently
- Monday through Friday work week, no weekends or overnight work
