What Will I Do?
- Diagnose, repair & maintain HVAC systems with precision and care.
- Communicate clearly with clients—educating, not overselling.
- Prioritize safety, quality, and code compliance at all times.
- Collaborate daily with dispatch, teammates, and leadership.
- Experience 3-5 years in residential HVAC (not commercial).
- Certifications Universal EPA 608 required; NATE Certified is a big plus.
- Character Dependable, humble, solution-focused—someone who gets that the job is about people.
