- Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, maintenance, and installations to high quality standards.
- Explain findings clearly and present customers with appropriate repair and replacement options.
- Prepare accurate estimates and invoices and document completed work properly.
- Communicate professionally throughout the service call and create an experience that earns repeat business and 5-star reviews.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, tools, and work area.
- Follow company procedures, plumbing codes, and safety standards.
- A professional, dependable, organized, and punctual service plumber.
- A motivated, quality-focused technician who is comfortable communicating with homeowners.
- A strong troubleshooter who can accurately diagnose problems and explain solutions in plain language.

- Current plumbing license
- Service plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
- Previous service, sales, estimating, or invoicing experience is a plus
