What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Licensed NJ Journeyman Plumber (or equivalent experience working toward licensure)
• 3 years of residential service plumbing experience — you've seen water heaters, drain clogs, sewer lines, fixture replacements, and slab leaks enough times to diagnose confidently
• Customer-facing skills — you can explain what's wrong and why it matters without talking down to people
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check

Bonus points:

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software
• Backflow certification, gas line experience, or other specialty skills
• Comfortable with Good/Better/Best option presentations

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (service calls, not new construction)
• Present options to homeowners and help them make informed decisions
• Maintain your truck, tools, and inventory
• Follow our service call process and document work in ServiceTitan
• Communicate with dispatch and the team throughout the day
• Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training
