Duties

- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing calls through multi-line phone systems.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally while providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist with filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinate meetings for staff or clients.
- Provide administrative assistance such as typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain organization of documents and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks related to office management.
- Offer customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously in person or via phone or email.
Qualifications
- Proven clerical or office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and customer service is preferred.
