About the Role: As a P3 Apprentice, you'll work closely with our skilled Journeymen, gaining hands-on experience while assisting in a wide range of plumbing tasks. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the trade and eager to advance their career. We will support you in obtaining your journeyman’s card, and you'll be on a fast track to running your own projects and driving your company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for both residential and commercial clients.

• Handle day-to-day tasks on residential remodels or tenant improvement (TI) commercial jobs.

• Observe and learn from Journeymen, following their guidance and instructions.

• Perform essential plumbing tasks under supervision, such as cutting, assembling, and fitting pipes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.

• Adhere to safety protocols and use the appropriate personal protective equipment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, always remaining polite, professional, and respectful to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment is a plus.

• A valid driver's license may be required depending on the job site.
• Bilingual is a plus.
