We are seeking a full-time, on-site Warehouse Manager to join our team in Peoria, AZ. The Warehouse Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and staff supervision to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of parts and supplies. Responsibilities include maintaining an accurate inventory system, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, organizing tools and equipment, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate will also implement strategies for process improvement and oversee the training and performance of warehouse staff.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and maintain warehouse efficiency.
• Proficient in inventory management and tracking systems, as well as basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Prior experience in warehouse management or logistics; familiarity with plumbing supplies and tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members, vendors, and internal departments.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, such as lifting and moving items, in a warehouse setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
