We’re Hiring PT Warehouse Personnel!
Plumbing & Heating Wholesale, Inc. is hiring a professional in or around the Spencer, IA surrounding area to fill the role of part-time Warehouse Personnel Associate.
The Warehouse Personnel Associate will increase operational efficiency, company profitability and customer satisfaction by the:
- Accurate and timely processing and storing of incoming shipments and taking on the responsibility to clearly identify and/or label all incoming products.
- Accurate and safe picking and packing of orders and transfers for pickup and delivery.
- Loading and securing of orders for efficient, timely delivery as well as verifying the accuracy on orders.
Some duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Check incoming freight for damage and process the damage according to company policy.
- Remove tag-and-hold products from incoming transfers and place in proper location.
- Notify Purchasing Dept. of all receiving discrepancies.
- Pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pick up.
- Load trucks to ensure that no product is damaged in shipment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Can lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 80 lbs)
- Minimum two years in related experience and/or training preferred
- Product/applications experience preferred
- Wholesale distribution experience preferred
