THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR OFFICE MANAGER
THE SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time management position working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
YOUR ROLE:
As our Office Manager, you'll manage payroll and bills, coordinate fleet needs, track accounts, and ensure vendors and inventory are handled seamlessly. You'll support technicians through dispatch coordination, assist leadership with reporting and HR needs, and continuously improve systems by creating clear SOPs. Every day, you'll solve problems, make smart decisions, and keep the business moving forward with confidence and clarity.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with dispatch and field coordination
- Experience with inventory and vendor management
- HR and staff support experience
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organization, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to create SOPs
- Good Credit
An accounting degree is a plus!
