Plumbing Champions is a growing, locally owned plumbing service company looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team.
You will often be the first person our customers speak with, so this is an important role within our company. We are looking for someone who can provide an excellent customer experience, confidently handle incoming calls, keep our schedule organized, and help our technicians have successful days in the field.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule plumbing service appointments
- Ask the right questions to understand the customer's needs
- Enter accurate customer and job information into ServiceTitan
- Dispatch and coordinate technicians throughout the day
- Communicate arrival times and schedule changes with customers
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Help maintain an organized and productive daily schedule
- Work closely with technicians and management
- Assist with additional office responsibilities as needed

- ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required
Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, home services, dispatching, customer service, or a call center is a plus.
Pay & Benefits
- $19–$23 per hour, based on experience

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
