WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
- Provide excellent service to ensure that each customer receives outstanding support
- Create quotes, process orders and returns, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately handle customer transactions, including orders, quotes, and returns
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing detailed product and technical information
- Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications
- Keep customers informed about in-stock and non-stock item availability
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery and expedite orders as necessary
- Maintain accurate and complete customer and transaction information in the ERP system
- Always present a professional image to customers and vendors
OUR MUST HAVES:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Broad knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts
- Highly motivated and competitive, with a drive to excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours daily
- Previous computer experience is beneficial
