WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
- Operate company-owned and leased trucks, including those requiring a CDL-A for loads over 12,000 lbs, as well as box trucks and flatbed trucks
- Load and unload trucks according to delivery schedules and ticket instructions to meet customer specifications
- Use material handling equipment to load and deliver products safely
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and ensure maintenance is up to date
- Maintain accurate DOT logs and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Maintain required certifications and adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations
OUR MUST HAVES:
- Valid CDL-A license and Class A HAZMAT certification
- Current DOT Medical Card
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with assistance
- Proven track record of dependable attendance
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
