What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Plumbco Services LLC?
Plumbco Services is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, creative, and organized individual to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both marketing and office operations and is excited to help elevate our brand while supporting day-to-day business activities.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, works well independently, communicates effectively, and is eager to contribute ideas that help our company continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish engaging social media content, including a minimum of 3 posts per week
- Capture and edit video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Assist with digital advertising and marketing campaigns
- Serve as a liaison between Plumbco and our marketing partners
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Work within ServiceTitan and QuickBooks
- Pull permits and assist with scheduling and office operations
- Make Accounts Receivable calls and assist with billing follow-ups
- Order marketing materials, merchandise, and promotional items
- Help coordinate company events and community involvement
- Provide light administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage projects independently
- Creative mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas to the table
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Preferred Experience:
- ServiceTitan
- QuickBooks
- Social media management and content creation
- Video creation and editing
- Home service industry experience (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc.)
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday
