We're looking for a driven, organized, and upbeat Marketing/Office Assistant to join our team at Plumbco Services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety — one minute you're helping with marketing tasks, the next you're answering phones or assisting with office operations.
What You'll Do:
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Support marketing efforts (social media, mailers, google analytics, etc.)
- Make Accounts Receivable calls and assist with billing follow-ups
- Assist with invoicing, estimates, and data entry in QuickBooks
- Help keep office operations running smoothly — no task too big or small
- Organize company events
- Order marketing material and merchandise
What We're Looking For:
- Strong multitasking skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable jumping between phones, admin, and marketing work
- Experience with QuickBooks (or willing to learn quickly)
- Great communication and attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and a team player
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a service industry (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of social media (instagram, facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- ServiceTitan Experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: Based on experience
