Plumbing Foreman

Plumb-Tech, Inc has an immediate opening for a Plumbing Foreman. Most jobs are located in the Birmingham area but there is some travel no out of state travel. Hotels will be paid for by the company and a Per Diem rate will be given to each Employee. Job bonuses and performance bonus opportunities as well. Pay is based on experience and knowledge for this position

Requirements:

-Must be able to give (2) job site superintendent references along with (2-3) previous employer references

-Must have a minimum of 6 yrs working in commercial, hotel and multifamily sectors

-Must have experience leading crews and jobs

-Must poses an active Master plumbing and gas card or Journeyman plumbing and gas card

-In depth knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, blueprints and knowledge of plumbing systems

-Excellent customer service and communication skills with site superintendents

-Ability to run a job and or perform the work from start to finish

-Proficient with technology and tablets uploading into Procore or able to learn for project management

-Must be willing to learn technology if not proficient (Trimble RTS, Topcon Systems)

-Must have valid drivers license

-Must be able to pass a drug test

-Must be able to perform a jobsite safety meeting and Daily reports

-Can operate a excavator is not a must but would be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
