Designer Kitchens & Baths by Plumb Supply Company (DKB), a leading distributor of plumbing and cabinetry has a full time opening for a dependable person with a great attitude, attention to detail and a team player to join their Osage Beach, MO team as a Showroom Sales Consultant. This is a full-time position working 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, homeowners, and retail clients to sell a variety of products including cabinets, counter tops, appliances, and plumbing fixtures
- Assist customers by assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale
- Provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability
- Quote and manage the full cycle ordering process for kitchen and bath projects from inception to completion in a timely and accurate manner
- Occasional driving to job sites to measure space or check on issues
Qualifications:
- Experience with 20/20 design software a plus but not required
- Sales Experience
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and excellent follow-up skills are essential
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment testing (background check and drug screen)
