Plumb Supply Company is seeking a Commercial Inside Sales Representative in our Columbia, MO branch. We offer competitive pay, paid vacation, holiday pay, and health insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Territory Managers to determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Review engineering plans, construction documents, and drawings to provide accurate and complete pricing for commercial projects
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Create submittals and maintenance manuals for commercial projects
• Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and answer sales calls for general information
• Addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions
• Assist the Commercial Sales team as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to establish and maintain a professional relationship with employees, supervisors, and customers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Windows operating system and office applications
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and have excellent follow-up skills
• Demonstrate an ability to create a positive work environment
• Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to understand the impact and implications of decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Salary : $25 - $30
