Your New Role
- Located in Woodland, CA, you will oversee warehouse operations and inventory systems
- Manage inventory including cycle counts, restocking, and accuracy tracking
- Receive incoming shipments and verify order accuracy
- Organize and maintain parts, materials, and equipment in the warehouse
- Stage materials and prepare parts for scheduled service calls
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of tools, equipment, and materials as needed
- Lead the Parts Department including hiring, coaching, and team development
- Build and maintain systems for vehicle inventory, tools, and warehouse flow
- Create and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Track key performance metrics and partner with leadership to improve operations

Job requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Knowledge of plumbing parts and materials
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems with attention to detail
- Experience with process improvement and basic reporting
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Valid driver’s license
