Plumb It Heat It Cool It is hiring an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our residential install crew serving Bucks and Montgomery Counties, PA.

What You'll Be Doing

Installing residential plumbing systems including water lines, drain/waste/vent, fixtures, water heaters, and gas piping. Reading and interpreting blueprints and job scopes. Ensuring all work is code-compliant and passes inspection the first time. Collaborating with your crew and other trades on job sites. Keeping a clean, organized work area and representing PHCIT professionally in customers' homes.

What We're Looking For

3 years of residential plumbing install experience. Solid knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices. Ability to read blueprints and rough-in from plans. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Team player who communicates well on the job site.

What You Get

$70,000 to $125,000 annually based on experience and role level. Overtime pay and performance bonuses. Medical, vision, and dental insurance.
