Our small, family-owned childcare facility is looking for caring and dependable team members to join us! We serve children from infants through 5 years old and are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, fun, and curriculum-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging learning experiences, implement curriculum, supervise children, and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom.
- Lead daily classroom activities that support social-emotional development, behavior management, and childhood welfare.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's development, milestones, and any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety standards, including first aid and CPR protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous childcare experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA required (either may be earned after employment).
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in early intervention or special education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Dependable and responsible, with a warm, patient and nurturing personality.
- Must enjoy working with children.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
