Plum Market Palm Beach – Now Hiring Store & Culinary Leaders
Plum Market is coming to Palm Beach, and we’re building our opening team! We’re looking for passionate food lovers and guest-focused leaders to help us bring our fresh, full-service grocery and prepared foods experience to the community.
We’re currently hiring for multiple full-time leadership and specialty roles, including:
- Store & Department Managers
- Buyers (Grocery, Produce, Specialty, Wellness)
- Sous Chefs & Culinary Leaders
- Meat Cutters & Meat/Seafood Specialists
- Additional leadership roles in Bakery, Deli/Cheese, Front End, and Prepared Foods
Plum Market is an independently owned grocer with a focus on real, good food. We feature premium, natural, organic, local, and specialty items alongside chef-crafted prepared foods, full-service departments, and genuine, mission-driven guest service.
Who You Are- You’re passionate about food, hospitality, and creating an outstanding guest experience.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and love teaching and developing teams.
- You bring prior experience in retail grocery, specialty food, or restaurants/culinary leadership.
- You’re comfortable owning your department – from merchandising and ordering to staffing, training, and standards.
Depending on role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage ordering, inventory, and merchandising for your area.
- Uphold Plum Market quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with Store Leadership to drive sales, manage labor, and support an elevated guest experience.
- For culinary roles: support menu execution, production, and presentation of prepared foods.
- For meat cutters and specialists: cut, trim, and merchandise high-quality meat and seafood to specification.
