Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shop Help/Stockman to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized stock levels, assisting with shipping and receiving, maintain the shop and grounds. This is a great entry level job for someone wanting to get into construction or start learning the electrical trade.
Duties
- Stock shelves, racks, and storage areas with products
- Assist with loading and unloading material for jobs, checking material orders for completion and accuracy.
- Other items: Sweeping, wire stripping, weed whacking, mowing the lawn, repairing damaged tools and equipment, inventory, pre fab, pressuring washing, washing vehicles, wood chopping, delivery of material to job sites.
Requirements
- Ability to operate packaging equipment efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and stock management
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
