What This Role Actually Is

We are hiring in-person B2B sales reps to sell an AI-powered SaaS platform to local businesses.

This is not remote
This is not order-taking
This is prospecting, running demos, and closing deals face-to-face

If you’ve sold merchant services, roofing, solar, or any D2D/B2B product — this will feel familiar.

What You’ll Be Selling

A software platform that helps businesses:

• Track behavior
• Drive sales
• Automate operations using AI

Business owners are actively interested in AI — you’re walking in with something relevant, not pitching garbage.

What You’ll Do Daily

• Prospect businesses (walk-ins cold outreach)
• Run live demos
• Close deals
• Build a book of business (residual income)
• Follow up with clients
• Track activity in CRM

Expectations

• Hit minimum 70% KPI metrics
• Update CRM daily
• Attend 2 weekly sales meetings (Noon EST)
• Stay consistent — no babysitting

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B or D2D sales experience
• Comfortable with cold walk-ins rejection
• Strong communication energy
• Ability to learn tech (AI tools, CRM, demos)
• Self-disciplined and money-motivated

Bonus Experience

• Merchant services
• SaaS/software sales
• Demo closing experience

Compensation Structure

• Commission-based with residual income
• Build monthly recurring revenue from your accounts
• No cap on earnings

Hiring Process

• Google Meet interview with Sales Manager (Kyle)
• In-person interview (Dover, OH)
• 3-day training
