Our service area includes the city of Atlanta and the cities and neighborhoods of South Fulton. Atlanta Habitat is seeking a Site Planning Design Intern to support our mission.
Duties/Responsibilities
Required Skills/Abilities:

Duties/Responsibilities
- Attend New Hire Orientation.
- Understand overall concept of company and goals of Site Planning Design team.
- Work on and assist with designated projects to support departmental needs.
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
- Learn to become proficient in internal software systems such as Monday.com and Salesforce.
- Respond to emails and coordinate with team members.
- Prep paperwork for design and permitting packets to support the permitting schedule.
- Support the Site Planning Design department as needed.
- Schedule Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with a maximum of 20 hours a week.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
