We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Interpreter for KOREAN, TURKISH, ARABIC, RUSSIAN, FRENCH, HAITIAN CREOLE, AND OTHER LANGUAGES to facilitate clear and accurate communication across diverse settings, including healthcare, social services, and legal environments. Duties
- Provide real-time interpretation between NON English-speaking clients and English-speaking professionals in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, child protective services, and social work agencies.
- Translate written documents, medical records, and social service reports accurately while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with documentation review and ensure proper recording of interpreted conversations for legal or medical purposes.
- Support communication during medical procedures, patient consultations, and social service meetings to ensure understanding on both sides.
- Maintain detailed records of interpreted sessions and translations for compliance and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and legal personnel to facilitate effective communication while respecting cultural nuances.
