What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Plow World Power Equipment?

We are looking to add a full-time sales person to our team. This person should have a background in sales and is motivated. Must be comfortable answering phones, using Microsoft Outlook, learning our Ideal program, etc. Using computers is a must in this position.
Job Duties Include (But not limited to):
-Keeping up on current rebates, promotions and financing
-Managing leads from emails, phone and Facebook messages
-Helping customers through phone calls or in-person
-Learning current products
-Keeping the showroom clean and organized
-Filing any applicable rebates
-Work any trade shows we are a part of
We offer a variety of products including, a full line of Husqvarna products, Greenworks Commercial 48V & 82V products, WorldLawn Lawn Mowers, Argo XTV's, Sno-Way Snow Products, Fisher and Meyer Plows.
This is a sales position, working with our marketing department to create sales promotions, ads and generate ideas to get more to get people through our door! There is some commission based on product, it will vary by manufacturer and current programs.
This job is full-time and our working hours are Tuesday-Saturday. Must be able to travel to location.
Salary : $18 - $25
