PLOW is looking for an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to help lead the relaunch of our newly renovated restaurant and build something special from the ground up.

Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with restaurant relaunch and opening preparation.
- Hiring, training, and leading staff.
- Managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Scheduling and team coordination.
- Customer service and guest experience oversight.
- Inventory, ordering, and operational organization.
- Helping create a positive and professional workplace culture.
- Working alongside ownership to grow the business.
