Casual Greeter / Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

• Primary responsibilities of this position are to control showroom traffic and answer / direct all incoming calls.
• Maintain consistent communication with the sales staff
• Greet and/or Assist customers
• Various other duties as needed, such as, mailings, sorting and/or filing
• Make cookies, popcorn and coffee for customer lounge
• Stock customer lounge supplies and keep inventory of supplies
• Keep showroom and customer lounge tidy and clean
  
  
  

Experience / Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are required for this position and ability to work as a team.
• Previous experience with a multiple line telephone system as well as intermediate level computer skills.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
  
  
  

Shift / Work Days:

Looking for an individual who can work 2-3 days a week and occasional Saturdays (typically 1 a month) between the hours of 7:30am-7pm. Afternoons and Friday availability is a must.

This position will be part-time, around 10-20 hours a week, but additional hours may be available pending vacations and/or time off requests. Ideal candidate would allow for flexible hours but willing to work with the right individual. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please apply!
