URGENT Home Health Aide(HHA) - Per Diem Roles

Duties Include:

The Caregiver will follow a plan of care and provide daily assistance to patients. This includes:

• Following an established Care Plan and providing personal care services for all patients
• Including: bathing, hygene, laundry, cleaning, whatever other services are prescribed by superivising clinician
• Completing documentation for all visits including time sheets
• Communicating any requests or changes for patient care
• Coordinating with agency staff to ensure care is being performed as needed

Job Requirement:

• Certified Home Health Aide license to work in CA
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
• CPR / ALS Card
• Driver’s License or ID Card
• Current Negative TB Test
• Current Physical Exam
• COVID Vaccine Card or Exemption Proof
• Able to do Home Health Visits in oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo and nearby cities
