Where you’ll spend your time
We're looking for a sharp, strategic B2B Marketing Lead to own and scale Plot's B2B marketing function. This is not a pure demand generation role — it's a true B2B marketer position for someone who has run a B2B marketing org and knows how to use thought leadership, content, and education alongside pipeline programs to generate leads.
The right person is comfortable starting as an IC, moving fast to establish pipeline infrastructure, and eventually expanding scope / building out a team. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded B2B marketer who wants the chance to align personal growth & business growth at an early-stage, fast growing start up.

Responsibilities:
- We're building out demand gen programs from the ground up and we're looking for a strong lead to establish & execute repeatable marketing efforts that generate measurable qualified brand leads for our sales team to close.
- Establish our hyper-personalized, high touch events series for marketing leaders at enterprise brands
- Develop a thought leadership content strategy that drives both demand generation and long-term brand retention
- Work with sales team to build ABM programs for our highest-priority ICPs
- Test into new channels to accelerate ongoing demand
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS company — experience developing strategy and executing against a full-suite of B2B marketing levers
- Experience marketing to marketers (decision-makers for social, community, creator, consumer insights teams at enterprise brands)
- Content storytelling chops — you have experience using content, education, and brand storytelling to drive sales (bonus if you also have experience running paid ads and outbound programs)
- Proven ownership of pipeline metrics — MQLs, opportunities created, and revenue influenced
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- 4 days in office in our NYC office
