Role Description
The Dispositions Manager will manage the process of selling company-owned residential properties, ensuring seamless transactions with agents, buyers, and investors. Responsibilities include pricing properties appropriately, creating marketing strategies, negotiating sales contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents and buyers. The position requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in sales negotiations within the real estate industry. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in real estate sales, property marketing, and pricing strategies.
- Dispo experience at large wholesale company a HUGE plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the Southern Nevada real estate market and industry regulations.
- Competency in customer relationship management tools and property marketing platforms.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in dispositions or real estate sales roles is preferred.
- Real estate license or the ability to obtain one is highly desirable.
