Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Research & Strategic Intelligence
β’ Deliver legal, business, industry, and competitive intelligence research to attorneys and business teams
β’ Support client service, business development, and strategic initiatives through actionable insights
β’ Monitor legal, regulatory, business, and market developments affecting clients and practice groups
β’ Conduct company, industry, executive, and market profiling research
πΉ Knowledge Management & Innovation
β’ Support knowledge-sharing initiatives across the firm
β’ Assist with the implementation and adoption of new knowledge tools and technologies
β’ Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate on solutions that improve information accessibility
β’ Help drive the firm's use of AI-powered research and knowledge platforms
πΉ Training & Advisory Services
β’ Serve as a trusted resource for attorneys and business professionals
β’ Deliver training on legal research platforms, knowledge repositories, AI tools, and emerging technologies
β’ Lead orientations and educational sessions for attorneys and staff
β’ Promote best practices and increase awareness of available research services
πΉ Resource & Library Management
β’ Assist in evaluating and managing research subscriptions and information resources
β’ Support collection management and resource optimization efforts
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure research resources align with business needs
What We're Looking For:
β MLS or MLIS from an ALA-accredited program
β 5β10 years of experience within a law library, legal research, or knowledge management environment
β Expertise with platforms such as Westlaw Edge, Lexis , Bloomberg Law, Practical Law, Checkpoint, Capital IQ, Intelligize, PACER, and similar resources
β Strong understanding of AI-assisted legal research tools, including generative AI platforms and emerging legal technology solutions
β Experience supporting practice areas such as trusts & estates, tax, litigation, corporate, real estate, or intellectual property
β Strong competitive intelligence and business research capabilities
β Excellent communication, relationship-building, and training skills
β Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
