Essential Functions
- Prepare sophisticated financial analyses of profitability (type of service, Department, Practice Group, office, client/matter) using established and new, creative approaches.
- Recommend enhancements to Firm profitability by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work concurrently with supervisor to design and automate financial reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with insightful data to help understand and grow their business.
- Analyze firm performance against available data for peer firms and understand the market trends to assist in the annual rate-setting process.
- Work closely with and serve as back-up to the Pricing Support team to help maintain matter performance models for pricing proposals.
- Assist with implementing the new profitability reporting software to support monthly and periodic reporting.
- Participate in software upgrades, leading selected work streams for testing and verifying financial information in financial reporting.
