Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 (DOE)
Location: Midtown, NY (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Calendar management
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Arranging internal events and managing travel
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- project managing workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting attorneys and/or c-suite executives (Big law preferred)
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
